Agreement
By using speedysites.store or engaging Speedy Sites for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
Speedy Sites designs and builds websites for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing on a per-project basis before any work begins.
Payment
Payment terms are defined per project. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may pause work until resolved.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing content, images, and feedback in a timely manner, and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you supply.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final website. Speedy Sites retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Refusal of service
Speedy Sites reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer at our sole discretion.
Limitation of liability
Speedy Sites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
